When we bought a backpack, we were informed that we could return it within four weeks. When I returned to the shop, it was impossible to return it because the tag had been removed. The bag was in perfect condition. I understand this rule for underwear, but a backpack? Update: We found the tag at home and reattached it to the backpack. The item has now been returned. I updated the rating, but the lady at the shop was still rude.
