I had a very poor experience at Nexus Business Centre. After rearranging my work and driving almost 40 miles for an appointment there, I was met by a receptionist who was dismissive and rude. Her entire attitude was that she “couldn’t help” because she didn’t work for the organisation I was visiting, and when asked for the appropriate people she lied over the phone saying I didn’t want to speak to her!
