As the New Management Company have confirmed, they were caught with their ‘hands in the till’. Scummy people scammed us all out of additional services that they billed to leaseholders outside of the scope of service charges. Despite their being a surplus in the accounts This implies there was a lot of thought and preparation that went into this theft. Where to even begin. They took over management of our building and seemed to initially make an effort - arrange meetings with leaseholders, have great comms, reply to emails etc. Give it about 6 months on and they fall silent - no replies unless you're talking about paying your service charge, otherwise they're ghosts. Continued to tell all residents that things were broken and unsafe to use, but there was no effort or knowledge of effort to get things fixed, no proof of work being done, nothing. Absolute scammers, took my money for CCTV and building management and then ran off with it. Avoid at all costs!!!
Lack of service delivery which we pay for and any issues take months to resolve if you're lucky enough to ever get a resolution.
