Very professional staff.. very short turn around time. Very thorough.
The online check in process is great if you live in Abilene but I don't so drive there to have a 3hr wait with a little 2 yr with ear ache. The upside staff is very friendly and good. Just highly irritating to be waiting so long cause you live 45 miles away and cant use online to avoid this wait
Thank you for getting me in on a timely manner. The Dr was very kind. And the young Chrystal at the front was very sweet. And, I appreciate the new Advantage program. For people like myself without insurance.
I love dr. Jays! I Checked in online, got right in and was seen by a PA within fifteen minutes of walking in the front door! Tabitha is so professional. She guided me right through the process, and even told me "Bye" on the way out the door! Dr. Jay's is my first choice in non-emergency medical care!
I couldn't get the online check-in system to work but when I called, the staff was able to help me. We were seen right on time. Only negatives were 1. They didn't do well on taking blood pressure 2. We were told the Dr would be in to see us in about 5 minutes & we were in the room almost an hour before she came Everything else was fantastic and we will be back!
All staff were kind got checked and in no time were called to get seen. They just didn't have water. We requested water during the wait but the front person said they didn't have any, when we were called to the back my mother being the patient asked again and the nurse was very kind enough to offer her tap water my mom replied that was fine the nurse was nice enough to get her some ice with her water so she was amazing going above and beyond her job to acomodate her patients she deserves a raise for an outstanding jib perfor... read more
I like the fact you can go to their website and sign in...it tells you when to be there so you aren't sitting and waiting for hours. Seldom do I need to see a doctor. The nurse practitioners do a great job.
