The last 3 times I have taken a family member here I have ended up sick myself with something completely unrelated to their illness. Most recently I took my niece here for an ear infection and now 5 days later I have the flu. Never setting foot in this place again for myself or anyone else!

Wonderful service at this location and we have used both locations before. This one on Catclaw is very nice, always super clean. Fast service for my wife and I (And she is an RN/DON and worked inspections for DADs for years). Nice greeters in the reception area and very professional doctors and nurses in the exam area. We will come again! The wait was not long today even on a Friday. They are very thorough, and quick to take care of your needs. went in,was seen quickly. Dr seemed genuinely interested in my concerns. I was out in a timely matter as well.
Generally a good clinic, good providers etc, and a nice facility. However, if you call there now you don’t get the local office you get a long hold and then a stupid call center in Arizona that basically serves no purpose if you need to talk about something medical. Nothing has ever been improved by a centralized call center. Even the pharmacist tech commented on how much extra hassle and wasted time this has added when dealing with this clinic. Terrible place to take your children. Save your time and money and take your child to a clinic who cares. Charged us a co pay. Took kids height and weight. Then sent us to the ER without even taking a slight look at him. Turned out to just be an ear infection to. When we called about getting refunded our co pay the guy was extremely rude and said they wouldn’t be giving us our money back. Apparently they charge people to weigh their child and send them on their way. Very useless clinic.
Very dissatisfied! Dr sent my daughter to ER for IV fluids & antibiotics when they could have provided that service there. So I wound up paying $30 copay for the clinic & $60 copay for ER. I should have just went to the ER in the first place. The whole point in going to the clinic was for the lower copay. Also, Dr said my daughter couldn't get a Rocephin shot since she is allergic to pediazole, however that is what she got IV & was fine. If the Dr isn't going to treat you, why are they taking in patients? They just did labs.... read more
