Great visit today. I did online check in for first time and it was so easy. Text messaged me within minutes to go and check in at office. Lady at sign in was very helpful and professional. It wasn't long before a tech took me to do weight, temp, and blood pressure then took me to examination room where the doc took quick and prompt care of me. All of their staff was friendly and was in and out very quick!!!
I waited more than an hour for a pre employment Physical Exam and all the clients who came after me are already being seen inside. What pissed me off is when they told me they dont have a doctor to sign the papers and advised me to go to the other clinic AFTER more than hour of waiting.��
Everyone was very professional, service was reasonable quick (after all it was Easter) and i have been here one time before and received the same type of fast service. overall if i get sick again and can't get in to my Family Doctors office and on a weekend i will not hesitate to go to DR Js.
Never go to this so called Express care. I have no co-pay but they charged me one, never seen a bill, but they send to collections for a 25.00 balance I never seen a bill for. BEWARE this place should be shut down. I piss more than 25.00 just send the F-in bill dumbass.
This was my first time to Dr. J's and I can honestly say that I was called back as soon as I was done filling out paperwork (which by the way was painless) and received the best and quickest care. My entire visit was maybe 20 minutes. Thank you to the crew that made my experience a good one especially when I wasn't feeling very good to begin with. 👍🏻👍🏻
