RecommendedHad to drive an hr but they saved a spot for us... really like the Dr. she was pleasant, easy to understand and compassionate. Going to keep driving right past the quacks at the one in Whitney... when radiologist did not call back she called him! Can not recommend this clinic highly enough!
I went in with a really badly injured ankle and they did x-rays. I was misdiagnosed with a sprained ankle and was given nothing more than ketoralac for pain. 3 weeks later my condition got worse and I came to an urgent care here in Albuquerque where they did additional x-rays and informed me that my lower tibia has been fractured. I’ve been in pain and walking on a fracture for 3 weeks. I’m just glad that I have not really hurt myself further in this time because of someone that could not read an x-ray.
RecommendedI am from Alaska, and visit Austin often. I have needed to go to NextCare twice on medical and once for my CDL certs. Each time, the staff and PAC have been very supportive, professional. This last visit they correctly diagnosed a lung issue with help of an xray, that another medical facility had missed, and I was getting increasingly sicker. They provided me with the care and correct medications I needed to get well. I highly recommend the william cannon facility. thank you for being there to take care of us all! SMS
Make an appointment, then I confirmed and showed up early per PrimaCare request, yet wait for an hour and a half in a cold exam room and still have not been seen.
RecommendedI was seen on Monday, November 4. The wait time was mercifully short and all personnel were friendly and efficient from Missie in the front office to Lavelle to Sarah Groce, PA-C. The care here was excellent.

RecommendedThe care was excellent from the entering to exiting the Medical Center. The Physician Assistant Amber was courteous, diagnosed quickly and took action on medications. The CNA was excellent as well.
