RecommendedStaff was friendly and professional. With the check in system they have it really cuts down on wait time. I have been to the Mockingbird location many times and have never had a negative experience.

I'm so sad Dr. Jr's is normally very helpful fast and friendly. this time I was there for 2 and half hours and heard the nurse practitioner complain loudly alot. I really feel like I was kept waiting because she thought my injury wasn't enough to warrant a trip to urgent care.
RecommendedEveryone was very kind and friendly. I’ve been to a number of urgent cares over the years and the one thing so many staff members don’t seem to understand is that the patient isn’t there because they want to be there. Having a friendly staff is so important and you guys nailed it. I was in and out in around an hour and I never felt like I was unimportant or a burden. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
