When I walk in to this PrimaCare, the first thing that strikes me is how clean and quiet it is inside. The receptionist is always friendly, helpful, and very patient with us. I tell them upfront that my daughter is autistic with a low IQ. We’ve never had to wait terribly long in the waiting room. The nurse and the PA have always made us feel comfortable and safe. They are patient with my daughter and give me the time and space to help her cooperate. (i.e. helping her step onto and stand still on the scales.) We do have a PCP... read more

I went to Urgent Care on 7 mile in Livonia and I had the best experience here. Excellent staff!!!!! Very professional, all of my encounters with all the staff were awesome. Jessica at the front desk directed me to the facility and made sure I didn’t get lost since I’m not from Michigan. I have nothing but good things to say about all the staff. I went in with a chronic UTI and kidney pain and they sent me home telling me that nothing was wrong with me. I had to ask the Dr. to send my urine for a culture cause it didn't appear with a test strip. she was extremely rude and only saw me for about 5 minutes. I told her that I just came in for her to say I was ok and to charge my insurance, and she said... it is what it is. Was not empathetic or even listened to my concerns.
