Dr didnt want to x-ray my daughter's wrist to check for a break. When I said I'd feel more comfortable if the x-ray was done, he finally ordered it. An hour and a half later we were told it was broken like I thought. And instead of putting her at least a splint, she was only given a sling to put it in. Had to take her to her primary doctor the next day so that he could get us into ortho so she could get a cast put on. My trip to this place was a waste of my time.
I went there New Years Day! Had an appointment for noon and we waited!! Finally got in the room and it was so hot!! My kids were miserable because it was so hot!! Then we tried opening the door a little to get some fresh air and they came by and closed it!! My family finally had to go wait in the car because it wasn't cooling down!! I had the door open and a nurse came by and decided to be rude to me!! We got our money back and went elsewhere!! I'll never recommend or go back there!!!
