What a sham. Took my wife to a NextCare for an issue with her wrist. She was issued a Breg wrist support while there. 35 days later we received a bill for $194 directly from Breg. When I questioned this I was told that Nextcare did not own the wristband Breg did. These wristbands are for sale online for $30 all day long.I was also told by Breg customer service that there was a 30 day return policy which is really convenient since they waited just past 30 days to send me a bill. RecommendedThere is not really a wait. Staff is friendly and efficient. Very clean and maintained. Doctors explain things clearly and are friendly and seem to really care. Would refer anyone here. Way better than a lot of urgent cares here in ABQ I give 5 stars but it won’t let me give any stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
They have a nurse who works weekends (CW) who lacks social skills and is aggressive and authoritarian if a patient does not comply with her recommendations. This woman was abusive and insulting and should not be allowed to see patients. On the other hand one of the physicians is great. So if you call and the male physician is working, go for it but if a female CNP is working, go elsewhere.
