I always have a great experience and am In out very quickly. They are so good with my daughter when I bring her. The staff is very nice and helpful.
I am currently sitting in a room at nextcare urgent care. I have been waiting in the lobby for two hours when someone took me back to get my vitals taken. They then sent me back to the lobby to wait for a free room. I waited another 15 minutes in the lobby and was then taken back to a room. The nurse notified me there were a couple patients ahead of me and then it would be a while longer. They are always very nice and take care of me as quickly as possible. Can't complain at all, my daughter and I have been to this location a few times. Only one we want to go to and we live way over on the SE side off of I40 and Juan Tabo. Great staff!
All was perfect and handled professionally. This is the most refreshing urgent care. Thank you so much :)
It was efficient and so civilized. The receptionist at the front desk and the woman who took me back were both extremely courteous. Savannah Tanner, the physicians' assistant who examined me, had wonderful people skills. When I described my symptoms she looked straight at me and seemed to be concentrating on my every word. The examining rooms have televisions; I was encouraged to use the remote while I waited (not much of a wait). I am so glad there is a NextCare close to me.
I got seen here on May 12 for a cough and other symptoms.. was told I had nothing an only prescribes an inhaler. Today, May 29 I still have this horrid cough. I paid them 80$ for nothing. I've spend 60+ dollars on other medicine that hasn't worked. Obviously I need a prescription. That they didn't even diagnose right. Wouldn't return to this horrible place.
