Great service, very clean. Waiting time better than ER.
The receptionist was very rude. I felt like I was a child being yelled at. You could tell she isn’t happy with what she does. Her tone of voice was very negative. She even went as far as telling another Nurse, who came up to the desk how much she HATED how much people she had to check in and the nonstop phone calls. How she had to repeat herself to people who don’t listen the first time that they close at 6 pm that evening. Looking at these reviews now, I guessing same receptionist.
Went in at 12 noon and was told the wait was 1.5 hours and we could book appt. we did for 1:50pm receptionist was very nice. Went back in for appt and filled out paperwork was taken to the back for vitals and put in a room. We waited all of maybe 5 min. For the PA to come in order a flu swab and listen to the lungs. No flu, just a really bad cold. Never felt like we were an inconvenience or rushed. Good quick care and ease of mind. Thank you.
This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a medical facility. The nurse was pleasant, but the doctor (who never gave me his name) had his mind made up before he stepped in the room. Clearly, my problem is caused by my weight (even though my weight gain occurred after my issue began, not the other way around), and the "diagnosis" he tried to pass off on me cannot be determined without considerable testing.
