I was taken pretty quickly and the front desk was very nice. When I got to my room I didn't wait long. This is where things were not as good. The nurse practitioner came in, asked why I was there and then proceeded to examine my shoulder with no regards to my arm or hand. She took two quick looks and then told me what she thought it was. When I questioned her about my arm in constant pain and my hand with pins and needles I was told I made my diagnosis that's it. Sent me on my way with a script. Took to long and I left, don't like like waiting over an hour. Should be more doctors only one there.
I have never had a bad experience here. Generally, everyone is very friendly and empathetic from Reception to Doctors/PAs.
I have a question. Do you guys provide with dr excuse for work?. I want to take my husband for an xray but he needs a dr excuse. If you dont please let me know so i wont have to pay double the copayment if i have to take hin to the er.
Made an appointment on line and had to wait 2 hours. Meanwhile, there are kids running wild, spilling water all over the floor and climbing on chairs! Bad enough the ignorant parents let this happen but the staff at the front desk just sat and watched. When I said something, one of the girls behind the desk got rude. If they do not care, worries me about the doctors as well.
Issue with yhe prescription was going to be hand written they sent electronically had to wait another 20 minutes to get the handwritten script only to drop it off at another pharmacy to be told insurance will not fill it bcz an electronic one was already filled. This os the 2nd time at 2 different clinics rhis happened. THEY ALL SUCK save your time go to ER
