I waited for almost 1 1/2 hour to be seen. And at the end all They told me. Get medicine over The counter. After I paid 75$$$ for my copay.
All the staff are awesome! From the receptionists, X-Ray Tech, Nurses & Doc. I put my name online an when I checked in I was num 8 out of 19 people. I got called in 20 mins later.
After a long wait....the NP saw my daughter got an xray and then told its not broken but I don't know why its so red and swollen, I guess its a bad sprain.....she rapped it up and didn't even give her anything for the pain or the swelling....but they were good collecting the money out front for the visit......I can imagine the bill we are going to get for the xray and the bandage.
I loved it me and my kids got in there and got out
Everyone was so nice there. First time there and it was quick only spent about hour or so there
Was helped very quickly they did a really great job at taking care of my daughter very nice at the front desk and the doctor and the nursing staff in the back as well would definitely recommend if anyone had to go somewhere for urgent care go to them
I called a head ,I got there at 4 and was out by 4:45 and it was packed. Busy lobby however they took us fast and honored our appointment.
Quick service, polite Dr. And Explained everything well. Way better than urgent care in the hospitals.
