Staff is thorough, but my ear drops, as doctor ordered were not sent in via e-pharmacy. So I had to call in to get them sent. They called me to confirm of my drops being sent in.
Pre-register online. Was emailed and texted when I was ready to be seen. Once there, I was seen within 5 minutes. After the evaluation I was treated and given Rx and then discharged within 15 minutes
I have came to this clinic maybe 3 times we were waiting for over a hour. Even when they were slow. There where people who came in after me that where seen first. I was there yesterday and was sitting there for 3 1/2 hours with my daughter waiting on her to be seen.
They couldn't do anything and send us home with ibuprofen.
2 hour wait for a 15 min physical. This place is trash and a waste of time
Paid 50 bucks for "Doc" to go in room for less than 5mins and tell me its common for people to feel some sort of back pain. I couldnt even walk and was just told to go home and rest😡
This was my first visit to Next Care on Calle Santa Cruz. I have been to several urgent care locations, but this by far is going to first choice forever. I telephoned them, was put on the list, and given an expected time for my appointment. This was on a Sunday afternoon so I expected the worse. I was surprised how quickly they got me in. The staff members were friendly and professional. The doctors were very good at explaining procedures and following up with me. I would highly recommend thus location to anyone.
