If I could leave zero stars I would! Absolute time wasters! Paul (the owner) came out 2 weeks ago to measure up and quote for 7 new windows, a new front door and a window repair (so a reasonable sized job) and we were told we would receive the quote within a couple of days. This morning was the 4th time of chasing (having been assured on 3 previous occasions we would be contacted back) and when I very politely questioned the delay Paul got extremely rude and unprofessional and told me 'well we'll just leave it there then!' Needed 2 replacement double glazed panes that had blown. Came out measured up and fitted 2 weeks later. Excellent service. I will definitely call them next time I need any windows or doors.
Had door windows fitted good job
Good old fashioned service, used them several times, always a quick turnaround for units and very reasonable prices 👍
Recently ordered some replacement glass panels and they were very helpful and gave me some help and advise on how to refit them
