A great tenancy experience. We rented a property managed by Next Move Properties for a year and it was great. Any problems we ran in to, we were able to contact Nathan immediately and a solution was sorted in the next couple of days.
Had a great experience with next move. Nathan and Lorraine were very helpful and were always prompt with any issues etc. They were transparent with everything and deeply cared about my experience as a tenant. Would strongly recommend.
I'd fully recommend Next Move Properties! I rented two different properties from Next Move for the final two years of my degree and I am so glad! Both Nathan and Lorraine are incredibly friendly and warm, and make you feel comfortable to contact them with any problems. I recommend Next Move properties to anyone I know who is looking for housing in Newcastle. Nathan and Lorraine have been fantastic for the past 2 years we've been with them. Any issue gets sorted ASAP (sometimes the same day!) and they genuinely care that you are a happy tenant which is a rare find these days. Their service is completely honest, with no hidden catches. The Best Lettings Agency I experienced by far over 4 years in Newcastle. Nathan and Lorraine were the most organised, helpful and most importantly lovely letting agents. They were accomodating and considerate of our student status while staying respectful to us as tenants - a rarity amongst other agents in Newcastle.
