Absolute five stars from me. The Sales team were great & talked us through the whole process. The ground prep team worked for 3 days in the highest temperatures of the year & shifted tons of old drive & soil then laid tons of hardcore & tarmac. Deliveries of machinery, products & removal of waste & collecion of machinery went like clockwork with minimal disruption to us or our neighbours. The work was carried out to a high standard.both earthworks and resin gangs were courteous and polite and kept you informed as did the office keeping you up to date with procedures and dates which they kept to
Very nice sales rep who was very knowledgeable and helped us plan our aluminium gate and composite fence panel. It looks very nice from the road. The fitters were very thorough and polite. Removed the old gates and everything left tidy. May not have been the cheapest but are extremely good quality and will hopefully last a substantial number of years.
Started great then went downhill rapidly. Sold the project of being all completed within 7-10 days after the preparation works when in fact in took 6 weeks. On complettion of preparation work being carried out but digger left blocking the drive for 5 days. Garage door damaged by the mini-digger during the works, no one knocked on the door to say what happened, only found out as the security camera picked it up, then took about 5 weeks to finally mend it after I called numerous times. Superb service throughout. Everyone was polite, friendly and professional. The finished drive is quite stunning and has attracted many compliments.
