Having been away from the gym for several weeks, it felt like second nature to get back in through the doors yesterday. Greeted by the ever present and encouraging Shane Blair, I got back into the groove and did my thing. Lots of good words given by trainers and members alike. I am happy to call NEXT Fitness my gym and a home away from home that helps me work on a healthier me. You cannot go wrong with a membership at NEXT!
What a great atmosphere the People Are Awesome and very friendly The Bootcamps with Laurent Vitract are amazing . Great guy right there !�
Laurent is an excellent teacher. He is one the top 10 teacher in this Area.
