Great cross-fit programming/coaching and family/community. Personable staff.
I really enjoyed coming to this gym. It was close to my home, great pricing, and an additional Crossfit area so I can do Olympic lifts is a plus, definitely 5 stars. Then today I hear that they are growing the space which is great but I will most likely lose my ability to use the rigs and other items because they are moving out. This is extremely disappointing. I had a great experience at the NEXT. While I was there I tried the Crossfit classes and was definitely challenged. The trainers helped me to make sure I was doing everything correctly as well as push me to my fullest potential. Having the ability to use the Crossfit side and gym was a great benefit.
Next fitness / crossfit catch are by far the best gym in the area , very knowledgeable staff , friendly and very clean , everything you need to meet your fitness goals . You guy rock .

I went for my first cross fit training today with JD and I must say this was the best decision I have ever made!!! I felt comfortable and challenged all at the same time, this is a great gym that Agawam definently was in need of. I highly recommend this gym and JD for cross fit training!!!! Amazing experience :)
I decided to go way out of my comfort zone and try CrossFit. JD is an amazing coach that pays close attention to the needs of each individual in his class. Everyone is pleasant and beyond helpful. I'd give 10 stars if I could.
