Best gym I've been to in a long time! I try cross fit tonight and if I can walk tomorrow I'll be doing it again
I went there today to start my free month membership and everyone was extremely nice! The gym is very clean and I definitely like the environment there! I tried out the heavy bags and battle ropes and was given advice on the speed bag and shown how to put on the hand wraps under the gloves! I can't wait to go back tomorrow! I definitely recommend this gym!
