The minute you walk in you are greeted and the place is always cleaned and very welcoming.
In compare to the gyms in Western Mass I’ve visited, this one I recommend... everyone minds their own business and there is no muscle heads growling seeking attention... I enjoyed the year I was with them...
The staff is awesome. It’s a great place for your daily work out. With lots of machine and huge open area for any sort of exercising you might enjoy.
Great gym that supports the community. Love everything these owners stand for. Always greeted with hello and a smile and the gym is really clean. Def recommend this gym to anyone at any level of fitness, ripped or under construction, young or old! Love the handicap accessibility as well. Well thought out.
