Terrible experience. Appointments booked and never fulfilled. Unable to contact Mel by phone or email. Asked for property to be removed from market 31 July. Ignored all requests by phone and email. When challenged by phone eventually Mel screamed and shouted down the phone at me. Had to end call as so distressing.

Nexmove Teignmouth have been really good throughout the whole process of selling my house. Very knowledgeable about the market and gave good advice on pricing which enabled me to get a quick sale at the higher end of what I was hoping for. The team are personable and did a good job of keeping me updated throughout.

I've had my property up for sale with this estate agent for almost 4 months, I haven't heard nothing from them since instructing them to sell my property apart from a 10 week seller report of the local market. After the 12 week sole seller rights passed, I gave them the 28 day cancellation notice and have still heard nothing back from Melvyn or his sidekick. Thank you to Mel and your staff for the wonderful way you dealt with my quick and efficient sale, from start to finish. The photos were great, resulting in a quick sale that took longer than anticipated through no fault of your estate agency but you persevered with patience and consideration. Very rude person called me ...
