**Avoid Nexis Property at All Costs** I had an extremely disappointing experience with Nexis Property. They made unreasonable deductions from my deposit for damage that existed before my tenancy even began. The flat walls were in poor condition in terms of Marks/moulds, as clearly shown in their own initial reports, yet they still tried to charge me for it.
