Matt and Boyd are a great couple of guys, giving honest advice and honest prices. Matt is easily contactable and will always do his best to accommodate you. He was even on hand to help me out at short notice when drilled through a pipe!
I usually don’t leave reviews online but Boyd and Matt are genuinely worth it. They’re responsive, reliable, very profesional and just delightful people. They were also very reasonable with the pricing, no nonsense. If you’re after a professional plumbing job with people who don’t waste your time and get the job done, these charming lads are the men for you.
Called all emergency plumbers, they were one of the few that responded and the only one who went out of their way in terms of prioritising the situation (interior vs exterior leakage). Mr. Overington and Mr. Keys were open and transparent about the necessary work and the time taken. And were very accommodating and with their friendly approach, it was very reassuring. Highly recommend and would use again for certain.
What can I say ...fantastic service from initial estimate to sign off. These guys really understand how to operate in multi occupant properties and our tenants said no disruption was caused by them undertaking some refurbishments. I've now got a maintenance team I can trust.
