I Hired Nexbit in March 2020 to build an ecommerce website for my new business. Nexbit indicated to me that ecommerce is what they specialize in. The total charge for full completion of the website was $7,200.00, all which was to be paid over an estimated 3 month timeframe for full completion of the site. I was not able to use the end result of the product Nexbit built. The end result of their product did not work and did not meet the requirement and expectation of the original agreement to provide me with a functioning ecommerce website, and Nexbit refused to refund me the money I paid them for a site I cannot use.
