I've been a long-time customer but something has changed. My clutch pedal was loose and they were charging £500 plus the parts. I went to another garage in town and they charged me £70 for the same service. The biggest issue was that when I told them that they were too expensive and that I didn't want to do the service with them, they charged me a diagnostic fee of £40. Very Disappointing Service Experience I recently took both my car and my daughter’s car to this garage for MOTs as a first-time customer. Unfortunately, our experience was let down by the service advisor, James, whose attitude was condescending and dismissive - not just toward us but also toward other customers present at the time. I have been a loyal customer of this garage for years, routinely bringing my car in for its MOT, servicing, and minor repairs. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. After my latest service, I noticed issues with the car—specifically, the steering wheel felt stiff, and the low battery light came on, eventually leading to a drained battery.
