We recently used Newton Fallowell for our Sale and Purchase. They sold our house before it was even listed on the market, they communicate well and answer the phone straight away. We have had a great experience with Matt and Maisie. Maisie helped push the our sale and purchase through before the stamp duty rise by contacting the buyers solicitors for us, she was very good through out. They also recommend a solicitor they used who were very efficient. We will be using them again if we need to in the future. Highly Recommend
I would have given 0 stars... Awful experience with this agent, lead to massive cost for us as the buyer, due to incompetence of agent and inability to take responsibility and apologise for their mistakes.
