I would highly recommend this agency. Before selling at the beginning of the year, I rented my house out with the Oadby branch for several years. They provided a great service the whole time - especially important as I wasn’t living locally and couldn’t check up on things myself. Impossible to deal with. If you’re a landlord, don’t use this company, their processes are inadequate and flawed. My daughter will be 18 in 26 days time and needs a property to rent as a young professional in 40 days. We don’t know the area and need to view properties and get a feel for areas. I can be a guarantor if necessary (it won’t be) but the computer doesn’t have a field for this. They won’t accommodate our ask. They won’t let us view a property with my daughter.
