We've been regular visitors to Ocean view apartments and literally call it our 2nd home. The price is affordable for us excellent value and fabulous views. Modern clean with everything you need. We were pleasantly surprised to have a prompt response to repairs that needed doing and the fella who arrived to do them was lovely helpful and did the job. Hopefully see you in April 👍🏾

Newquay holiday lettings helped me through the whole booking. Our first time at the Waters edge apartments. Very informative and were on standby when we arrived too. Nothing was too much for them. Easily contacted. Amazing place Amazing location Don’t really have any other words. I couldn’t find a fault whilst we were there. Could never get bored with the view from the living room window or bedroom balcony. Could watch the sunrise and the sunset from the balcony. Will definitely be staying again in the near future. 🙂
Can highly recommend the team here. I needed an agency to take on the letting of my holiday home and take all the hassle out of it for me and they have done just that. The whole team is friendly and efficient, everything is dealt with for you if that is what you need, although they are flexible on the support they offer depending on your needs. Good reviews from people staying as well in terms of the turnarounds, communication around their stay etc. Thanks so much to the team for your support!
The team are very efficient and go out of their way to help. They are very reliable and it is reassuring to know that we have a great team there, as we live a long way from our property. We would highly recommend working with them.
