I’m writing this review after an extremely upsetting experience at this dental clinic regarding a serious dental abscess. I contacted them about the emergency and was told to call back the next day after 11:00 AM. When I called, I was given an appointment for the following day at 3:00 PM not ideal for something clearly urgent, but I took what I could get. I would like to thank the whole team for my tooth extraction today. They are simply the best. The wait was long but they clearly helped to sort a day for me. Rugile, the dentist was exceptional and very attentive. Herself and her assistant made sure everything was fine before I could leave. Thanks again guys. Highly recommended practice. The best in Newmarket so far
As someone who has had bad experiences in my youth with other dentists, Dr Horan and his staff are fantastic at making me feel at ease to sit in the chair. Really glad Dr Horan is my dentist and his assistant is great too
