Had my Coachman serviced yesterday, first class job done, Andrew took the time to fully explain What and why he done within the service, nice to deal with someone that cares about providing good Customer Service very reasonably price Well done Andrew
He serviced and repaired our van. When we got it home we lifted the bed and then went to push it back down and it wedged up and would not shut. This had never been a problem before but when we phoned to enquire about what the issue might be, (we were not accusing anyone of damaging it but wanted help to rectify the issue), we got a very defensive and stroppy attitude with no support at all.
