I booked with NewLife Aesthetics for laser hair removal after a friend mentioned how comfortable and professional her visits were. I was nervous at first, but the staff made me feel relaxed straight away. They talked me through the process, checked in during the session, and made sure I understood the aftercare. The clinic felt clean, well-run, and welcoming. I have already noticed a real difference and I am very happy I chose them.

I suffer from pigmentation from the sun on my forehead and my girlfriend suggested I get this treated. She suggested NewLife Aesthetics in Rayners Park. The clinic offers quality treatments, a consultation tailored specifically to my needs and at home treatments also to maintain wonderful results. The staff are also welcoming. Glad I found this clinic

I came to NewLife Aesthetics for Botox because I wanted a softer, fresher look but did not want anything too much. That was exactly what I got. The practitioner took time to understand what I wanted and made sensible suggestions instead of trying to upsell treatments I did not need. I liked that the whole approach felt careful and natural. Terrible customer service, they encouraged me to buy a >£1k package that was not well suited to my skin, they were very late to my appointment and when I asked the receptionist she dismissed it without apologising, they used aggressive sales techniques to get me to buy their creams. Overpriced which is fine when it is good quality service but here it is not. Do not recommend.
