My wife has been able to contact you after her repeat prescription was cancelled until reviewed . telephone permanently 30 plus at all times .she has a seriously ill dependent to care for so this is unacceptable

I joined this practice 4 years ago, I try not to use it often as my problems are rarely addressed. 3 yrs ago at 43 I had a heart attack but rarely get any follow ups or bloods despite the medications and other ailments I have. Recently visited with a suspicious skin lesion, a photo was taken to send consultant; I received a TEXT to say they thought it was likely a form of skin cancer and a prescription for chemotherapy cream was sent to pharmacy!
