Dr Sylvester Ife, what a star. Amazing considerate Dr. Cannot sing his praises high enough, respectful, understanding, tolerant and amazingly helpful. Amelia, is a breath of fresh air. Awesome human being. She did more for me in 20 minutes than 10 years of Dr Akyol and Dr Muhammed. Kind, caring and understanding. Mr Fazir is amazing, helped me so much of late and I cannot thank him enough. The recpetion team are great.

Mr Fazir is amazing, helped me so much of late and I cannot thank him enough. Dr Newman has taken time out a number of occasions and helped me on my ADHD pathway. EDIT Have now been assessed and is on medication. The recpetion team are great.

Since Newington Road surgery has moved with modern times. It has got worse. This new anima system is a joke. It was very simple to order repeat prescriptions now no links don’t work on web page. And the process is ridiculous. The form even asks if you need a translator when requesting a repeat prescriptions. Just bring back an easier way or ordering. Not good at all

This surgery is an absolute joke. They failed to do two referrals which lost me a year and a half, after telling me they’d done it. Then failed to change my treatment plan which should have been done a year ago. They don’t do anything they’re supposed to. Avoid at all costs. Now accuse me of lying.
