They do respond to my appointment requests for the most part and I have been seen by a GP for issues where needed. Aside from long waiting times after being checked in for an appointment, I think the GPs here do a great job.
I rang today Thursday 26th September to request some strong pain relief. I was hit by a car and my Achilles tendon is split. I've tried cocodomol and it's not solving the pain. I got a text from the surgery saying The doctor said use ibuprofen gel. Thanks for your empathy and I hope you soon realise how painful Achilles tendon splits are.
Nothing reception staff are very rude need new staff
