Was seen today by dr sarni she was absolutely brilliant took time to let me explain my symptoms did blood pressure checked my chest and was genuinely interested. Would recommend this doctor to everyone 5 * from me
Unfortunately I have to give one star just to leave a review, otherwise it would be zero. The online triage system is constantly at capacity, so I am unable to even book an appointment. The system is not fit for purpose. The virtual receptionist gave me an alternative number, which is not even answered. How is anyone supposed to get an appointment?
I changed Dr's . Since iv been with newgate my life has changed for the better , the Dr's I have seen are above and beyond the staff I talk to on the phone are utterly brilliant
Anyone having issues accessing the online triage? It’s less than TEN MINUTES into the day and it’s saying it’s already fully booked. Phoning says the same thing. My understanding was that they had been told that the online triage now had to be accessible all day. First bullet of a gov article says “Phone lines unclogged as all GP practices in England now required to keep online consultation tools open from 8am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday” Yet ten minutes into the work day and Newgate’s is closed. So frustrating.
Rang for an appointment, told the lovely Emma (virtual robot ) that I have the wrong tablets and that I need a sick note only to be told I will receive a call within the next 2 days It’s laughable, if I was to walk in the surgery it would be completely empty , what the hell is going on here Terrible service
