The triage system and new doctors do not provide a good NHS service fit for purpose Three times I have seen new doctors and they messed up my prescriptions which had adverse effects on my health I don’t always get called back either by the GPs due to the volume of patients that the experienced doctors have to see Sadly the current system is not fit for purpose and I the vulnerable patient is paying the price.
Receptionist called Magda needs to learn some customer service skills, she doesn't know how to converse with patients. Very rude and abrupt everytime me and my partner go to the surgery.
Lack of a proper medical advice. They do everything to get rid of their patients as fast as they can without even a good medical interview. I felt treated like a number not a human. Will never go back.
Sheryl is amazing, what a fabulous lady, all the receptionists here try their best with limited staff and over 35,000 patients they have their work cut out. They all genuinely care and go above and beyond. Well done ladies! Dr Hussain is absolutely incredible! Very professional, knowledgeable and supportive he's one of the best doctors there. Ask for him!
