We have spent nearly 7 years at a furnished house in Ulverston with New Digs. Chris & Jacquie are excellent landlords, very responsive and quick to resolve any queries or issues. The property is well maintained, furnished nicely and is very spacious. We have been extremely happy there and it's been a fantastic first home for myself and my husband. Thank you Chris & Jacquie, we will miss 140!! We would 100% recommend renting from New Digs to anybody. Ben & Ainsleigh

My experience with New Digs was incredibly positive and most definitely made my time at university much more enjoyable. Chris and Jacqui, the landlords, were exceptional, promptly addressing any issues and showing genuine care for both the property and us as their tenants. Renting with the two of them was an absolute privilege, and anyone who does so in the future is extremely lucky.
Very high quality and well maintained property. Lounge was super cozy with bean bags (loved them!) and lots of kitchen space for 4 people. Kudos to Chris and Jacqui for being so kind and down to earth with us, very helpful and couldn’t have wished for any better!
