Avoid !!! I worked here for 3 weeks no training was given at all just sat in front of a PC and told briefly what to do and having not worked in the industry before. on the 3 week was taken into a room and asked how is it going. only to be told don't think I'm getting it and to leave. The manager is rude and will tell staff things that are not really appropriate and has no regards for peoples wellbeing
So first of all I was offered a position and then when I mentioned about my mental health I saw the face expression that said it all... After I've done my online training and got everything done with the payslips which they said they require, the person from Newcross Healthcare Solutions said they need 6 months experience which I was employed for more than that. And where Is the actual problem?... what about the time I spent doing the online training?? Still haven't received reply about that.
Tried to contact them by phone, after choosing the option to speak to someone, got sent to the website where I left my contact details, no contact from anyone ever since
