Unbelievable.... the ranges are out of this world .. best set up showroom in newcastle been to loads in area and nothing compares . Staff very knowledgeable and helpful with loads of time spent on detail to help with what I needed even recommended tradesmen for other jobs I needed done and they turned out to be great .. Couldn't recommend more 👍👍👍 Thanks guys!

Our go to place for tiles, bought from here many times now. Good selection in showroom. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff, even when I keep changing my mind during ordering! Highly recommended.

Sadly, we have had a really bad experience with this store buying tiles. Worst customer experience we’ve ever had. This company gave us a delivery time scale of 3 weeks, tiles did not come for almost 5 weeks. As a result we had to mess around our scheduled tiler. When asking for updates regarding our order we were told lies, given a different time scale each time which later turned out to be the store guessing rather than chasing up the order. This resulted in our tiler being delayed twice which was terrible. We now missed ... read more
