I'd give lower if I could. Basically sorted everything out with this company, to find out that the property was on the market with a different company and viewings were still on going. The pictures online did not match and they were the same property. Long story short they seemed to be making things up as they went along. Staff rude when I questioned all of this.
Used to be called Tyne2Let, rebranded to avoid awful reviews. The worst agency in newcastle, no communication throughout entire tenancy, had a broken toilet leaking sewage for over a month. DO NOT USE!!
