I went to Mrs Kelly with a concerning issue with my knee, I wasn't confident in doing sport on it and was in a fair amount of discomfort. Thankfully she sorted my issues and told me what stretching to focus on to help. I'll be back when I get hurt again for sure!
I visited the Newbury Osteopathic Clinic as I was suffering with neck and shoulder pain. Marita did a full body check and we talked through some other issues I was unaware of that were contributing to my shoulder pain. The service was professional but personal and I left feeling more informed about my body and with advice on how to be more proactive with my injuries rather than relying on quick fixes.
