Very friendly and helpful staff, suggested we use end of roll stock which is bit cheaper. Chap called Paul was very knowledgeable and helped us choose and advised all the way. Great customer service.
Excellent carpet company. Andy helped me make selection from an array of roll stock carpet and laminate floors. The high quality carpet was laid professionally & I am very satisfied with it. The laminate was laid in our living room and hallway today. Also high quality product and professional friendly installers. Highly Recommend this efficient and value for money flooring company.
After 7 months after fitting a laminate floor a chop occurred on one of the tiles,obviously a faulty product which is guaranteed for a minimum of 1 year ,as stated on the production company. The fitted came and redused to repair, we only wear slippers of socks in the house everywhere.I phoned up and was polite on 20th February at 10.50 am . There was no bad language but husband attitude was he trusted his fitters ,who said something was dropped ,which is not true.
