As a childminder, I’ve been taking a group of children aged 1-4yrs to Newbridge tower’s for just over a year as part of an inter generational group. The staff are always so welcoming and good with the residents and the children I take along. Each week we’ll have an activity for everyone, have a chat with the residents, sing songs and have morning snack time together. I found Newbridge Towers haven for me in a difficult time of my life. The staff are very supportive and caring, creating a lovely “home atmosphere”. I cannot begin to tell you what a difference it has made to my life living here.

My mum has received high quality care since living here. The staff have all been friendly, caring and supportive. The home is very clean and homely. In our experience the staff ensure their residents are well looked after and made to feel welcome, that they belong, they are encouraged to feel it is their home. I am so grateful she is living in such a caring place.

My personal experience with Newbridge towers and the care provided there has been excellent. it is no doubt a daunting decision to choose the right place of care for your beloved family. I can only say good things have come from our choice. Attentive, caring and happy staff, Excellent levels of care, plentiful healthy locally sourced foods and a beautiful space. We found by chance an elderly male resident of this Care Home, on our driveway on a cold, dark winter night, in a distressed state, wearing shorts and a shirt. He was subsequently admitted to hospital. We have notified the relevant authorities after speaking to the Care Home manager who claims they did 'nothing wrong' as they are not a locked door facility.
