Used them for the sale and purchase of my properties. They were useless. Constantly giving me contradicting information. Took weeks to get answers to what should have been simple questions. On numerous occasions I found mistakes in what they were telling me and had to correct them; to which they eventually replied "yes, you are correct". I am now over 3 months after completion and still fighting with them about an identity policy that was supposed to be in place, paid by the sellers, that isn't.
