Newbold were given to us for conveyancing back in 2019. They were utterly useless and incompetent. We had to nag at every turn for them to do their job properly. They were rude and acted as if everything was an inconvenience for them.

A huge thank you to Jacqui, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and managed to complete everything in around 11 weeks — even though we were in a chain and dealing with a leasehold property.
