Newark Glass have been brilliant from start to finish. Having been quoted much much more from a national company, I was very impressed with their price and lead times. We had 13 new windows and they fitted them all within a week, even staying late a couple of nights to get the job done. The fitters were brilliant, really knowledgeable and professional and left everywhere very clean each day. The new windows look great and the quality is fab. Always had good service
Avoid this company. I wanted a mirror cut to fit a pair of wardrobe doors. Someone came out to measure up quote quickly, which boded well. However, I never heard anything more from them. I sent two follow-up emails in the month after but still nothing. Appalling service.
I needed to replace my kitchen window. They cut built and delivered to the house. Delivery driver was brilliant.
Sept 2024. I was ask to pay upfront as the glass was toughened, so in good faith I did, with a supply & install date the following week. Nov 19th now & job was never done & have twice had request for refund ignored. AVOID.
