We had to have our dryer fixed and appointment was made very easily and they came within the time window so we're very happy. Thank you Sears
The appointment windows are not always the best but alerts were sent via email on ETA changes. The ice maker was replaced and the problem was resolved in about 30 minutes. The tech was courteous.
The repairman came twice couldn't diagnose the problem completely on my refrigerator. Third appointment wasn't kept and so had to cancel it. Now the wait for next appointment is 4 weeks out. Bad products and very bad service
