Service Tech was very experience person. He completed the P.M. on the machines and checked all parts.

Our dryer stopped drying. We had Sears out a little over a year ago because our dryer wasn't living up to its reputation. Came to find out that call involved getting the lint vent piping cleaned. This go-around the heating element gave up the ghost. Service tech was in, got the job done quickly, and with the exception of an attempted sales presentation on buying warranties, was out the door in a good amount of time.
Thank you for the prompt, courteous, and professional service. Our Frig, Microwave, range checked out and no service needed. However, the overflow from the sink being a plumbing issue "kinked" hose" was a surprise. Dishwasher checked and in working order except having to buy Jet Dry for the drying cycle.
The repair MKan was rude and unresponsive when asked a question. Initiall he said there is nothing wrong with the washer. Then he opened it and said the previous repair man had not connected the part in the right way. When asked how come he said the washer was ok? he did not respond and left. The washer is in the same condition making tremendous noise. Needs repairs again. This is the first time I had a bad experience with Sears . I hope it is an isolated catse.
Over the years the Sears water heater I have has been good overall, but needs cleaning around the burner every so often to allow enough air passage to keep the pilot light going. I recently had the pilot extinguish and again shortly after I relit it. The SEARS serviceman was very prompt, arrived at the scheduled time, knew exactly what the problem was, and fixed it in space of about 1/2 hour.
