Replaced motherboard on refig.-Did not fix.Without refrig. since 6/17/16!This was the 4th service call!!
We were having problems with the dishwasher. Technician came out, diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes, ordered the parts (which were delivered to the house) and he showed up the next week and installed the new parts. Quick and efficient. Dishwasher is working perfectly again. Thank you, Sears!
TERRIBLE !!! TERRIBLE !!! "AND" TERRIBLE !!! Okay, they deserve a reason. Here it is. PROBLEM: Maytag Dryer won't dry in a reasonable time. 1. Appt. coordinator has no knowledge of appliances. Basic questions must be asked by the Sears Coordinator besides the usual (What is wrong with it?)...one IMPORTANT ONE being,.."Have you had your vent lint exhaust ducts cleaned lately". Two different times, I had service scheduled and waited for the 4 hour window I was given, and the tech didn't show up. I've lost more wages waiting for these guys than it would've cost to hire a real repair service. So I cancelled my protection agreement. What's the point?
He did not believe my problem. Walked on the Treadmill, jumped on it a couple of times and declared everything was fine and warned that I don't call again unless it breaks. You call that service ?
